Hard to come to grips with this. We were not best friends. But we are friends. I remember having trouble at the beach one day and you helped take care if it. I used to pick up your trash and every once in a while we would talk about all the happenings going on. Always good. Happy talks. Rest in peace my friend. Till we meet and have a good conservation again one day. Bob Dodson. Harrison MI

Troy was a student of mine when I was a teacher at Harrison High School. I also remember having his children in school and renewing acquaintance with him at that time. It is so sad to know that he is gone at such a young age. God Bless Troy and all of his family.

Troy, where do I even begin... We have been friends for 30 years, we raised our kids together, many camping trips and holiday parties together. We kind of grew apart for awhile but always kept in contact. You are always in my heart, like a brother should be. I can barely believe you are no longer going to be with us. It's like a nightmare. Just know, you are always in my thoughts! Until we meet again! I love you. Donna, as the kids would say, Aunt Donna
