R.I.P. I've had the pleasure to stand shoulder to shoulder next to you on one of the most intense kitchen lines I have ever worked, you always busted butt and made things happen. I've had the pleasure of spending both of our youngest children's birthdays together for the 5 or six years ...I'm going to miss you my friend. Thank you for all you have done for me over these years. Much respect!! Much love! Gone to soon, however, in the best of company now!! God speed my friend, til we cook again ....
My most sincere condolences to the family, if i can be of help, please dont hesitate. Love to you all!

I still cannot believe you are gone Mighty. You were a great friend and amazing father. I have so many memories with you, but the best ones are when I lived with you and my brother for a while, until I moved out to live with Jon. You were so silly, wild, knew how to have fun but also worked very hard, always. You gave me advice on so many things, told me what you thought even if it wasnt what I wanted to hear, and I have always appreciated and respected you for that. You will forever live in the hearts of those that knew and love you. Rest in peace my friend.
