Obituary

Linda Jean Henry 57 from Clinton, Missouri passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri. Linda is survived by her daughter Jennifer Henry of Clinton, Missouri, daughter Stacy Powell of Columbus, Mississippi, granddaughter Hanna Powell and grandson Chase Powell of Columbus, Mississippi. She is also survived by a brother Mike Roberson of Livonia, Michigan, sister Lori and husband David Quinn of Livonia, Michigan, sister Cheryl and husband Bill Haas of Zephyrhills, Florida, sister-in-law Nancy and husband Gerry Tedrow of Jackson, Michigan, sister-in-law Susan and husband Paul Gedney of Harrison, Michigan, sister-in-law Ruth Henry of Clio, Michigan, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her dog Rockefeller and cat Henry.
She is preceded in death by her husband Bruce Henry, father Charles Roberson, mother Bonnie Roberson, father-in-law Roy Henry, mother-in-law Marge Henry, brother-in-law John Henry, and sister-in-law Ruthann Mills. Linda and Bruce were united in marriage in Harrison on December 30, 1978. Mrs. Henry graduated from Harrison Community Schools in 1979.
Linda enjoyed spending time with her family and watching the Kansas City Royals baseball games. She would help her family and friends anyway she could. Linda was very proud of her two daughters, Jennifer who is a school teacher in Clinton, Missouri and Stacy who is a Tech Sargent in the United States Air Force.
Linda’s inurnment will be held at Summerfield Township Cemetery in Summerfield Township Clare County for immediate family only. She will be laid to rest with her husband, Bruce Henry. A memorial luncheon will be held at the John J. Carton Masonic Lodge July 18 beginning at 1:30 p.m. Memory gifts in memory of Linda Jean Henry may be considered to Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care; 1500 Meadow Lake Parkway Ste 200 Kansas City, MO 64114-9937. To her family: Linda and I graduated High School together, she was always bubbly and full of fun. I am so very sorry to hear of her passing. We didn't stay in touch, but we were pals 'back when'. Allow the love and memories she shared with you to get you through this difficult time. God Bless....

I meet linda in a grief chatroom and we became good friends she was always willing to listen and share her good tines and bad she was a sweet lady and will be truly missed love ya girl
