Marjorie Lee Hall 82 of Harrison passed away at home on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, surrounded by her family. Marjorie was born June 1, 1938 in Highland Park, Michigan the daughter of Art and Doris McKay. Marjorie graduated from Redford Union High School in 1957. Marjorie was united in marriage to Mr. Phillip Michael Hall on December 14, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan.
Mrs. Hall had resided in rural Harrison since 1985 moving from Garden City, Michigan, where she and her husband turned their family cottage of many years into their permanent retirement home. Mrs. Hall attended Clare United Methodist Church for several years. Marjorie enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking, and watching her beloved Detroit Tigers baseball games. Marjorie embraced raising her children and grandchildren and making family memories.
Surviving Mrs. Hall is her loving husband and best friend of sixty-three years, Mr. Phillip Michael Hall Sr. of Harrison, her four children; George Hall Sr. and wife Michele of Rockwood, Michigan, Peggy Lee Loper of Farwell, Michigan, Phillip Michael Hall Jr. and wife Andrea Larson-Hall of Oxford and Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and Bill Hall Sr. and wife Kobi of Harrison, nine loving grandchildren; Kimberly Jackson and husband Matt, Candace Molnar and husband Rob, Christopher Loper, George Hall Jr. William Hall Jr. and wife Amanda, Alexander Hall, Timothy Hall and Cameron Hall, two step-granddaughters; McKenzie and Alexandrea Eiseler, five great-grandchildren; Jonathon, Ran’D, Summer, Adelyn and Mackayla, a dear cousin, Jerry McKay of Holly, Michigan, several nieces, nephews, extended family members and her beloved dog, Sandy. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Andrew Hall, one brother, Lorne McKay and one sister in-law, Shirley McKay.
